Goalkeeper Sarkic becomes Wolves' first summer signing

Montenegro international joins on three-year contract after leaving Aston Villa.

Wolverhampton Wanderers have announced their first signing of the transfer window in Matija Sarkic. The 23 years old goalkeeper joins Wolves on a free transfer after leaving Aston villa earlier this summer.

“We are very happy to welcome Matija, who is a promising young goalkeeper with lots of potential," Chairman Jeff Shi told the club's offical website.

The Montenegro international has agreed a three year deal but Wolves expect him to further his development on loan at another club next season.
